These are the official Terms and Conditions of Use for SCUBA Network Stores located at 43 W 21st Street New York NY 10010 herein known and referenced as “Company,” “Our,” “We,” and “Us.”

NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions of Use are legally binding. It is Your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions of Use carefully prior to purchase, use, or access of any of Our products, including online courses.

Thank you for choosing SCUBA Network. We’re committed to providing exceptional gear and peace of mind on every dive. Please review the following terms that govern our replacement guarantee:

Coverage Details

• This guarantee applies to all SCUBA Network-branded masks purchased directly from SCUBA Network or its authorized Amazon store.
• Eligible customers may request a replacement mask in the event of accidental damage, breakage, or loss.
• The program is designed to give you peace of mind — so if something happens to your gear, we’ve got your back.

Replacement Policy

• Coverage lasts for 5 years from the date of original purchase.
• Customers may request up to one (1) replacement every 90 days.
• A $25 handling cost is required for each replacement request.
• Shipping costs apply for online or mail-in replacements.
  Customers who complete their replacement in-store do not pay shipping, but do have to pay handling for staff to facilitate the replacement for the customer from the warehouse.
• Replacement masks will be the same model and color if available; otherwise, a comparable model will be provided.
• Product registration is required to activate this guarantee.

Exclusions

• Excessive or repeated claims beyond the once-per-quarter limit may be declined.
• This program is for individual customers only and is non-transferable.
• For items purchased via Amazon, a mandatory 60-day waiting period from the original invoice date is required before any warranty claim or replacement checkout can be initiated (Behind every policy is a person 😢).
• Customers who return items, either in store or via Amazon, are not eligible post-refund.

How to File a Replacement Request

1. Register your mask at scubanetwork.com/warranty within 30 days of purchase.
2. Submit a replacement request using the online form.
3. Once approved, pay the $25 handling cost. Choose:
   • In-store pickup (no shipping required), or
   • Shipped replacement (shipping cost applies)

Proof of Purchase

• A valid order number or receipt from SCUBA Network or an authorized retailer is required.
• Returned merchandise voids this Replacement Policy for each returned item.
• If the mask was a gift, the purchaser must provide proof of purchase on your behalf.

Policy Changes

SCUBA Network reserves the right to modify or discontinue this replacement program at any time or raise the handling cost as economic conditions change. Claims made before such changes will be honored under the terms in place at the time of registration.
